2. Lamination machine

The lamination machine bonds decorative film to boards. Boards are placed on rollers, undergo dust collection, then receive glue coating which sets on guide rollers. The film is then combined with the board through a recombination mechanism using press rollers, pinch rollers and forming rollers.

3. Automatic cutting machine

Cuts laminated gypsum boards into specified sizes for decoration use. Boards move through conveying rollers to first and second cutting devices for final forming.

4. The Electrostatic Pulse Bag Style Dust Collector

Features large dust exhaust fan and pipe for efficient dust collection from the automatic cutter, maintaining clean operation.
