The LVJOE FM1300 is a double-sided PVC film lamination machine with PLC system control, designed for applying decorative films (PVC film, aluminum foil, wood grain) to gypsum board, MDF, or PVC foam board. The resulting PVC gypsum ceiling tiles feature a PVC surface layer and aluminum foil backing, offering an environmentally friendly, lightweight solution with excellent fireproof, waterproof, and corrosion-resistant properties.

Production Process

Complete Workflow: Automatic board feeding → Aluminum foil lamination → PVC film lamination → Lengthwise cutting → Horizontal cutting → Edge tapping → Stretch packing → Finished product stacking
