Product Description

The MGO board machine adopts an automatic template device to save labor costs. It features an automatic coating release agent system that ensures even distribution, minimal usage, and clean operation. High-precision rollers and forming rollers guarantee uniform thickness and smooth board surfaces. The automatic cutting film system uses fixed-length cutting without damaging the template.

1. Production Line

The MgO board making machine produces various magnesium oxide boards suitable for ceilings, wall skirting, indoor wall decoration, and furniture lining. It can replace three-ply board, five-ply board, flake board, MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard), and Gypsum Board. This environmentally friendly product offers lower production costs.

2. Raw Material and Cost Analysis

The product is formed with crushed crop straw or sawdust combined with inorganic chemical materials through roller-extrusion. Raw materials are widely available and easily sourced by customers.

3. Technology Features

The production process requires no high temperature or pressure. Boards are formed through roller-extrusion at normal temperature and pressure. This green environmental-protection project generates no waste water, materials, or gas. Finished boards dry naturally indoors without requiring high temperature drying, air-drying, or watering.

4. Equipment Model and Product Specification

Our equipment comes in 6 models for large-scale, middle-scale, and small-scale production. All equipment produces boards with identical quality and specifications but varying production capacities.
