The process begins with raw materials including granulated wool and starch. All materials and additives are conveyed, mixed, and stirred to form a slurry with precise concentration. This slurry is then pumped into a high-level tank and fed onto the forming net in an overflow configuration.
The Fourdrinier system consists of a mesh belt, compression rollers, vacuum box, and transmission mechanism. Through natural dehydration, vacuum dehydration, and compression dehydration, the wet slurry forms into slabs with controlled moisture content and thickness.
The wet slabs are precisely cut to specified lengths and widths. The transverse cutting is performed at a calculated angle relative to the long net machine, ensuring dimensional accuracy according to production requirements.
After forming to size, boards are transferred to the accelerating conveyor. Multi-stage acceleration gradually increases spacing between wet sheets, optimizing distribution into the kiln for efficient drying.
The bridge kiln equipment features a multi-stage double roller conveyor with electric operation. This system precisely controls the distribution of wet plates into each layer of the kiln separately, ensuring even drying conditions.
The roller table synchronizes with the distributor to receive water-containing plates at matching speeds. The system then converts to kiln speed, gently transferring wet plates into the drying kiln for continuous processing.
As the production line's critical component, the drying kiln directly impacts product quality and energy efficiency. Advanced adjustment and control mechanisms maintain uniform temperature and airflow throughout, guaranteeing superior drying results with minimal energy consumption.
