Product Application

Mineral fiber board is an acoustic decorative panel, primarily composed of mineral fiber and manufactured through forming, drying, cutting, and surface finishing processes.

Available patterns include babysbreath, caterpillar, curciate, and strip lines. The boards feature sound insulation, heat insulation, fireproofing, and no-sinking properties.

Production Process
Raw Material Mixing

Raw materials including granulated wool and starch are conveyed, mixed, and stirred to form slurry with specific concentration. The slurry is pumped into a high-level tank and fed to the net in overflow configuration.

Fourdrinier System

Comprising mesh belt, compression roller, vacuum box, and transmission mechanism, this system processes the slurry through natural, vacuum, and compression dehydration to form wet slabs with controlled moisture content and thickness.

Cutting Process

Wet slabs are precisely cut to specified dimensions, with transverse cutting performed at specific angles relative to the long net machine.

Accelerating Conveyor

This multi-stage acceleration system gradually increases spacing between wet sheets to facilitate proper distribution into the kiln.

Bridge Kiln Equipment

The electrically-operated bridge type distributor and feeding machine precisely distribute wet plates into each layer of the kiln separately.

Drying Kiln

The production line's core system features advanced temperature and airflow controls to ensure uniform drying quality while minimizing energy consumption. Compatible with multiple fuel types including natural gas, light oil, and coal gas.

Board Releasing Device

This system receives boards from each kiln layer, transitions them to high speed, and delivers them in non-overlapping configuration to the transfer system.
