Mineral fiber board is an acoustic decorative panel primarily made of mineral fiber through forming, drying, cutting, and surface treatment processes.
Available patterns include babysbreath, caterpillar, curciate, and strip lines. The boards provide sound insulation, heat insulation, fireproofing, and no-sinking properties.
Raw materials including granulated wool and starch form a slurry with specific concentration through conveying, mixing, and stirring. The slurry is pumped into a high-level tank and fed to the net in overflow configuration.
Fourdrinier System: Comprising mesh belt, compression roller, vacuum box, and transmission mechanism. After natural, vacuum, and compression dehydration, the wet slurry forms slabs with controlled moisture content and thickness.
Slabs are cut to specified dimensions at an angle to the long net machine, with length cutting determined by production requirements.
After forming, boards are transferred to an accelerating conveyor that progressively increases spacing between wet sheets for optimal kiln distribution.
Includes bridge-type distributor and feeding machine. The electrically-operated multi-stage double roller conveyor distributes wet plates into each kiln layer separately.
Synchronizes with the distributor to receive wet plates at initial speed, then transitions to kiln speed for continuous drying process.
The production line's core system featuring precise temperature and airflow controls to ensure product quality and energy efficiency. Equipped with hot furnace supporting multiple fuel types including natural gas, light oil, and coal gas.
Receives boards from each kiln layer, transitions to high speed, and arranges them in non-overlapping configuration for transfer to subsequent processing.
