Product Application

Mineral fiber board is an acoustic decorative panel primarily composed of mineral fiber. The manufacturing process includes forming, drying, cutting, and surface finishing procedures.

Available patterns include babysbreath, caterpillar, curciate, and strip lines. These boards provide excellent:

Production Process
Raw Material Mixing

The process begins with granulated wool, starch, and other additives forming a slurry of specific concentration through conveying, mixing, and stirring. This slurry is then pumped into a high-level tank for overflow feeding onto the forming net.

Fourdrinier Formation

The system comprises a mesh belt, compression roller, vacuum box, and transmission mechanism. Through natural, vacuum, and compression dehydration, the wet slurry forms slabs with controlled moisture content and thickness.

Cutting Process

Slabs are precisely cut to required dimensions, with transverse cutting performed at specific angles relative to the long net machine.

Accelerating Conveyor System

This multi-stage acceleration system gradually increases spacing between wet sheets to facilitate proper kiln distribution.

Bridge Kiln Equipment

The system features a multi-stage double roller conveyor that electrically distributes wet plates into each kiln layer separately. The feeder's roller table receives water-containing plates at original speed before converting to kiln speed for drying.

Drying Kiln

As the production line's core component, the drying kiln directly impacts product quality and energy efficiency. Advanced temperature and airflow control mechanisms ensure uniform drying conditions throughout the chamber.

The system includes a hot furnace with boiler, compatible with various fuels including natural gas, light oil, and coal gas.

Board Releasing Device

This system receives dried boards from each kiln layer, accelerates them to processing speed, and delivers them in sequence to the transfer system without overlap.
