Introduction:

Q1: What's the capacity of the production line?
A1: The capacity depends on the quantity of the panel moulding machine and your panel thickness. If the panel thickness you want to make is 100mm, then one panel moulding machine can make 40 pieces of panels. If the panel thickness is 150mm, then one panel moulding machine can make 30 pieces of panels.
Q2: Can I make 3000mm-long panels?
A2: If you make wall panels with face panel (calcium silicate board or fiber cement board), the normal panel size is 2440mmx610mm because the face panel size is like this. However, if you don't use face panel, the panel size can be 3000mm long.
Q3: Can I make 1220mm-wide panels?
A3: Yes, you can, but the panel is difficult to install on the construction site and the accuracy of panel size is not as good as 610mm panels.
Q4: How long is the curing time?
A4: It is around 5-6 hours in normal temperature.
